Exceptionally attentive staff, and outstanding food!!!

Amazing location, really close to Slipstream Sculpture. Based short walk to shops and waterfront...

We had a superior king room with particularly nice views. It was convenient having an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set. the staff was exceptionally attentive, dedicated all the time. All the services were exceptional.

Super price performance ratio. Super nice reception and great food.

Was an amazing base for trip. Truly enjoyed my fantastic stay for the price DreamHack Visit. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. All of the staff was pleasant and great and attentive to guests.

The hotel is charming and situated in a nice area close to various attractions such as the lake, matchstick museum, shops, and restaurants. the breakfast was delightful and probably the best I've ever had, featuring delicious homebaked cake and meat.

Dinner was rather below average and promised/paid things were no longer available - and that at 7 pm.

The room was good-sized and en suite with a comfortable temperature. A bed the size of an army cot. Everything seemed good, clean. the employees of the hotel were amazingly attentive and dedicated. Rewritten: The room was spacious and had its own bathroom, which was great. the temperature was comfortable, and the bed was quite large. the place looked clean and well-maintained. the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and dedicated.

Difficult parking situation, room a little out of date.

Having your breakfast and dinner included in your price makes life so much easier. Parking was good, we were aware there was a fee, no air conditioning but we were aware of this when we booked. Lovely dining area, good breakfast choices, dinner less so but more than enough. Staff very helpful. Love the armchair in the bedroom. Town was walkable from here.

Had trouble finding the entrance, walked right round the building looking for it - needs a sign on the street level.

This place offers quiet rooms with comfortable beds, iron/ironing board, electronic key card, and work desk, along with excellent service and convenient street parking.

Amazing breakfast included homemade cake and meat. the staff was super friendly and always eager to assist. the room was quiet and spacious, equipped with shelves of books and a bed as big as an army cot. 🌟.

Very interesting to stay in a hotel with a history. We loved the central lobby with glass roof. So practical for a late arriver to have evening meal at the hotel - included in the price!

That I got to the hotel at 10 pm and left early in the morning ! This is not 4 star hotel and for 3 star too worn out. I do not understand in what universe, the rating of this hotel is 8,5! Is it visited only by people who have never been to any other hotel?

Have you ever visited the Soviet Union motels? There was bathrooms like in this hotel! And toilet paper too! There were spider nets on the windows! Actually 3! I'm not kidding, the spiders were large like two-euro coins. Corridor carpet was full of dog hair bundles. Airconditioner rumbled badly, but it did not cool room at all, and in the room was not even a switch to turn it off. There was no safe locker in room. Room price includes dinner, but the dining room was closed at 9 pm. It was actually a good thing because the breakfast was not the greatest.

Friendly staff who were really committed to providing great service. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and quiet standard king room with excellent comfort - it was exactly what I needed after a long day. 😊.
